SECTION 8 WLC STUDENTS

After attending WLC each student will send a thank you to Section 8 Alumni and Supporter, their own FFA Alumni, and complete the WLC form by September 13th in order to receive your checks at the Fall Section 8 FFA Alumni and Supporters banquet.

2027 WLC INFO

The 2026 Washington Leadership Conference delegation bus from WI will be hosted by Mr.Taylor, of the FFA Alumni & Supporters Organization.

NEW - Complete STEP 1 - Registration Google Form with all of your student's information. Your registration for our WLC travel experience will not show up in STEP 2 until payment is received.

Please check STEP 2 to see GREEN and YES's for when you have completed all tasks. Invoices are being created as FFA members are entered into STEP 1.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE SCHEDULE
  1. All registrations must be paid upon registering.
  2. When registration for groups opens, Mr. Taylor will add all students into the National Database. National FFA will generate emails for waivers, rooming, meals, etc. Watch your email for those waivers from National FFA.
​NOTE: you will need to be signed into your FFA.org account to view some of these documents.
Packing for the bus:
  • Depending on where you board, you may need money for meals. Dinner stop in Madison, midnight stop for fuel, bathroom, and snack. Tuesday breakfast and lunch stop.
  • The bus stays cold at night, a pillow, blanket appropriate attire is recommended.
  • You may bring drinks on the bus if they have a closeable cap. You may bring snack on the bus.
  • On the way home, each student will receive an envelop with $20 in it for the three meals as they travel back.
If for some reason National FFA or our chaperone team dismisses a student from the conference, the staff and chaperones will work with the parents/guardians to get the student flown home at the student/family's expense.
